Built for performers. Ready when you book others.

Your act comes first. Your bookings can grow.

GigTools starts with you: your calendar, your clients, your shows. When you start hiring an opener, subbing out a gig or building a roster, the same tools handle other acts too. No second system, no new habits.

Most performers

Your own act

Calendar, clients, agreements, travel, money and your public page. This is what GigTools is for.

As you grow

Other acts on your gigs

Add a feature, opener, host or band to your shows, confirm them and pay them, all from the gig.

If you want to

A whole booking company

Represent a roster with a team of agents and a website where buyers browse and book your acts.

Other acts on your gigs

Put together the whole bill.

Booked a corporate gig that needs a host and a band? Running a comedy night with a feature and an opener? Add every act to the gig with their billing, set length and fee. GigTools handles the back-and-forth.

  • Acts accept or decline with one click from an email; no account needed
  • Day-before reminders to every act by email and text
  • Record what each act is owed and paid, with everything you still owe in one list
  • W-9s on file and a 1099 reminder each January
  • Private links so acts update their own bio, headshot and payment details. You approve every change.
Run a booking company

Your roster, your team, one system.

When booking other acts becomes the business, GigTools scales with you. Every act gets a profile and public page, every buyer has a full history across your roster, and your team works from the same calendar.

  • Team roles: owners, admins, agents and assistants, invited by email
  • Agents work leads, holds and agreements without seeing act payouts or W-9s
  • Booking requests from every act page land in one Inquiries inbox
  • Organization website: a searchable roster with featured acts, public shows and booking requests
  • Deal memos buyers accept online, hold challenges, and settlement sheets signed on the night
  • Representation agreements, agent commission splits and a trust account for money you hold for acts

Questions

Booking others with GigTools

Is GigTools still for performers first?

Yes. GigTools is designed around running your own act. Booking other acts uses the same gigs, calendar and contacts, so it's there when you need it and out of the way when you don't.

Do the acts I book need a GigTools account?

No. They confirm gigs, get reminders and update their own details through emails and private links.

Which plan do I need?

Putting other acts on your gigs works on every paid plan (up to 5 acts per gig on Basic and 15 on Member). Act payouts, W-9s and act self-update links are part of Pro, and booking companies with a larger roster and team can talk to us about Agency pricing.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Give each teammate the role that fits: owner, admin, agent or assistant, and invite them by email from Settings. Agents can have their own territory and a share of the commission on the deals they book.
