Avails months ahead

"Are you free on the 14th?" Answer in seconds.

Bookers fill their calendars months out. GigTools checks any date against your gigs, holds and days off, and gives you a ready-to-paste list of your open dates, so you can reply while the booker is still deciding.

Am I free?

Check a date before you answer.

Pick the date a booker asked about, or a whole weekend, and see right away whether it's free, on hold, booked or a day off, with the name of the gig that's in the way.

Open dates

A list of your open dates, ready to paste.

Choose how far ahead (the next 3 or 6 months, 3 to 6 months out, 6 to 12 months out, or your own dates) and which days of the week you want to sell. Copy the list into an email, a text or a message to a booker.

  • Leaves out booked gigs and days you're not available
  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday to start; tick the days you want
  • Count holds as open when a hold shouldn't stop you offering the date
  • Month calendars show every day at a glance
Booking campaigns Pro

Send your avails to every booker, every month.

Put your open dates into an email and send it to a contact list once or on a schedule, like the first Monday of each month. Each send waits for your OK, and follow-ups go to people who didn't reply.

  • Open dates filled in fresh each time it sends
  • Skip clients who already have a gig coming up, or anyone emailed recently
  • Unsubscribes and bounces handled for you
  • See who opened and who replied
