You did the show. Now get paid for it.
GigTools keeps track of what every client owes and when. Agreements, deposits, invoices and pay links come from the gig details you've already entered, and reminders go out before a balance turns into a chase.
A signed agreement before you pack the car.
GigTools writes the performance agreement from your own template, filling in the date, venue, fee, deposit and riders from the gig. The client signs online and you get a note the moment it's done.
- Your own templates with merge fields
- Signed online, no printer or scanner
- Mark clients who don't need one, or agreements signed elsewhere
Know who owes you, and when.
Set a deposit and a payment schedule on each gig. GigTools shows what's due, flags what's late, and writes the reminder for you. Connect your own Stripe account on Pro and clients pay by card from a link.
- Deposit and balance on every gig, with due dates
- Collect the balance tasks with the email already written
- Pay links that pay you directly through Stripe
- Still owed, in one list across all your clients
The invoice their accounts team asked for.
Some clients can't pay without a formal invoice. Make one from the gig in a click: numbered, with your details, a due date and how to pay. Email it with the PDF attached and see when it's opened and when it's paid.
- For the deposit, one scheduled payment or everything still owed
- PO numbers, your payment terms and a footer for your tax ID
- Pay online button when card payments are on
Ready for tax time, all year.
GigTools works out the round-trip miles to every gig from your home base and your deduction at the IRS rate. Add business expenses with a photo of the receipt, and see how much to set aside for each quarterly estimated tax payment.
- Miles estimated for you; type the real number to replace it
- Income and expenses by type, from each gig's money
- Set aside a percentage for taxes, by IRS due date
- Download it all for your tax preparer
Questions, answered.
Does GigTools take a cut of my fees?
No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, straight to you. Stripe charges its normal card fees; GigTools adds nothing.
Which plan do I need?
Deposits, payment schedules, overdue reminders and the mileage and tax log are on every plan. Invoices are on Member and up. Agreements with e-signatures and card payments are part of Pro and Agency.
My client needs a formal invoice with a PO number. Can I do that?
Yes. Invoices are numbered, carry your details and the client's, a PO number if they gave one, a due date and how to pay, and go out as a PDF. You see when the client opens it and when it's paid.
Can I record checks and cash too?
Yes. Record any payment on the gig, however it arrived, and what's still owed updates.
