Your booking website

One link that gets you booked.

Every act gets a public page with a bio, upcoming shows and a booking form, kept up to date from your gigs. Already have a website? Put your show calendar and booking form on it, and requests land in your Inquiries.

Your public page

Everything a booker needs, on one page.

Your bio, upcoming public shows and a booking button, at a link you can put in your email signature, your socials and on a QR code at the back of the room. Shows appear as soon as they're booked.

  • Booking requests go straight to your Inquiries
  • Headshot, demo reel, credits and star rating on Member
  • Reviews you approve, and a fan club sign-up
  • Fans follow your shows in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar
  • Use your own domain name on Member and up
Website widgets

Keep the website you already have.

Paste one line of code and your show calendar and booking form appear on your own site. Add reviews, credits, reels or your bio too. They update themselves, so you never edit your website when a gig changes.

  • Show calendar and booking form on every paid plan
  • Reviews, credits, reels and bio widgets
  • An iCal link and JSON feeds for anything else
Reviews & ratings

Let happy clients do the selling.

After each show, GigTools can ask the client for a review. You choose which ones appear on your page and your website. The morning after, clients can also get a private "How did they do?" email to rate each act and say whether they'd book again, just for your team.

  • Review requests sent after the show
  • Approve each one before it's public
  • Private client ratings and "Book them again" answers on each gig

Questions

Questions, answered.

Which plan do I need?

Every paid plan has a public page with your bio, upcoming shows and a booking form, plus the show calendar and booking form widgets. Your headshot, reels, reviews, fan club and your own domain name are on Member and up. See plans.

Will my contact details show?

No. Bookers reach you through the form, and your email and phone stay private. Private events show as Private event, without the street address.

Does it work with WordPress, Squarespace or Wix?

Yes. Copy the embed code from GigTools and paste it into your site. It updates on its own when a gig changes.

Can I be listed in a directory of acts?

A GigTools directory where buyers can browse acts is coming soon. Your public page will be ready for it.
